his snare drum was loaned to the Hansa Studio in Berlin, one of the most important European recording studios, winner of many Grammy Music Awards. It went through a manic selection from dozens of other snare drums from every era and brand, and was used alongside just two other snare drums for a major production. We were asked for a vintage look and sound, so we decided to use the best quality maple and poplar burl.
