Wood

Made entirely of marbled maple, whose flaming is made even more dramatic and three dimensional by the rust red transparent stain. A ring of natural maple crossing the shells creates an interplay with the hoops of the kick drum, which have a natural finish too.

The Sound

It’s versatile, much in the way that all Respighi instruments are, and clean too. This handmade maple drum set is well balanced with clear and distinct low tones that are not overpowering, but resonant.
