ick drum, snare and floor tom: the essentials (the snare was already there…). This drum set was made by Respighi Drums for the Milanese drummer Cristiano Bacherotti. It’s small and versatile for the jazziest situations. We paid special attention to detail and, after numerous attempts, got the color just right.
Wood
Made entirely of poplar, this “minimal” drum set shines seductively iridescent, greenish-blue. The effect is further enhanced by two central red lines that add a touch of sporty elegance.
The Sound
The sound of the kick drum isn’t limited by its size. The overall sound is extremely well balanced and covers the whole range of frequencies. While this compact set is clearly jazz-oriented, there’s no reason why it couldn’t crossover into other areas.
